What are the shipment costs? 

We offer a free shipment in the United Kingdom on all orders starting from £85. If your order does not reach the minimum order value, you will need to cover the shipping costs of £6,95.  

Do I need to pay any additional taxes or customs duties? 

Shipments take place with the parcel courier DPD. We ship your parcel from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. The total amount you see on the Checkout screen is what you need to pay; you will see a guaranteed order total, including all shipment costs and any applicable duties and taxes. You do not have to pay any additional taxes or custom duties when the parcel is delivered to your address. This means that the courier will not charge you any extra money. 

How long will it take before your parcel arrives at your address? 

Delivery usually takes 1–4 working days, depending on your delivery zone.

• Order Cut-off: Please place your order by 11:00 AM for the earliest possible dispatch.
• Standard UK Mainland: Next-day delivery is available for most Zone A addresses.
• Scotland & Remote Areas: Due to extended transit times, delivery to the Highlands, Islands, and specific Scottish postcodes typically takes 2 to 4 working days.
